About us

Our activities can be grouped into two levels:

National FoE activities

As part of a national and global network of organisations we support larger campaigns at our local level. An example of this is the Great British Bee Count which we will be part of on Saturday June 25th 2016 at Everton Park – See flyer for details

Locally-specific activities

At a local level we get involved with environment and social justice issues specific to our area. We are strong believers in the need to collaborate with groups that have overlapping interests.

Regular local activity includes the annual Gary Mahoney Memorial Debate

Current campaigns our group members are involved in are Divestment, Anti Fracking, Renewable Energy, Food, Wellbeing, and Air Quality.

Recent activities include Merseyside March for Climate Justice and Jobs
